Winter Pilates Mat Schedule (Jan-Mar 2012)

Mondays:  Beginner 6:00pm & Intermediate 7:00pm
Tuesdays:  Beginner 9:00am
Wednesdays:  Beginner 6:00pm
Thursdays:  Beginner 10:00am
Fridays:  Beginner 9:00am & Pilates Props (all levels) 6:00pm
Saturday:  Beginner 9:00am & Intermediate 10:00am

Class size is a maximum of 6 people so pre-registration is highly recommended.  Classical Platform mat and small props are provided.  Classes are 1 hour in length.
