Embody Pilates offers the complete Pilates mat and equipment apparatus in a spa-like atmosphere, designed to enhance your mind-body experience. From our specialized Pilates mats to our authentic equipment and apparatus, Embody’s mission is to teach the Pilates Method the way Joseph Pilates intended.
Embody Pilates is conveniently located in Whitemud Crossing, with ample free parking.
All of our equipment is from Peak Pilates and includes:

Our studio also comes equipped with:

- 2 washroom/change rooms, w/shower and towel service
- State-of the art Far Infrared Sauna (see below).
Far Infrared Sauna
- Detoxifies body, removes heavy metals, pesticides, petrochemicals and metabolic waste
- Unlike traditional saunas, air remains cool while the body perspires.
- Infrared speeds up the weight loss process.
