STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY
All sessions and packages are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months after date of purchase. As long as 24 hr notice is given, clients are not charged for their cancellation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES (only available at Edmonton Location)
Your properly completed and deliverable online order form constitutes your offer to purchase the services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a confirmation email to your email address. That confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Embody Pilates Studio Inc., which operates Embody Pilates and www.embodypilates.ca.
The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when our confirmation email has been sent to your email address. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing info@embodypilates.ca or by calling (780)-485-5518. A customer has 24 hours from time of purchase to submit a cancellation to an online order error, in which case, a full refund will be issued back onto the credit card to which it was charged. Once the 24 hour period has passes, all sales are deemed non-refundable and the services purchased are valid for 6 months.
We rely on the information you provide through the Web site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration and payment information. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel, or terminate any order at our discretion.
