How do I use the Online Scheduler?
When you click view class schedules, you will be taken to our online scheduling system. Here, you will see the days of the current week.
To see a schedule of available classes:
Click Next Week > until you reach the week in which you would like to schedule a class.
To reserve a space in a class:
Select Click Here to learn how to make reservations or Sign Up Now! beside the class you’d like a space in. You will be taken to the login screen.
If you already have an account, please login now.
If not, please create an account with a password that’s easy to remember.
Please select a RECURRING Class option if you wish to come to the same class each week.
Can I pay online?
We currently do not accept online payment. Please make an unpaid reservation using the online scheduler and you can pay after your first class. Once you have a series package on your account, you will be able to book your sessions as a paid reservation.
How much does Pilates cost?
Our fees take into consideration the individual attention clients receive, as well as the top-of-the-line equipment and highest level of instructor training. Please visit the FEES section of our website for the current rates.
When can I begin my Pilates program?
Our classes are on-going and you may join at any time, as long as there is space in the class. If you’re completely new, beginning with the Beginner matwork is an excellent place to start. You may also choose to do a private session and then see what is recommended for you. Many clients choose to do a combination of mat, equipment classes, as well as on-going private sessions. Clients will benefit with once a week, but like anything, consistency is the key to change.
What do I wear to my Pilates Classes?
Please wear comfortable clothing. Pilates is practised in either socks or bare feet. Everything will be provided for you, but feel free to bring a water bottle if you like.
