Privates

Private Sessions are the best way to address a client’s specific needs and are highly recommended for the Pilates enthusiast looking to maximize results. Many clients have 1-2 private sessions/week and often supplement their training with mat &/or equipment classes.  The instructor guides the client, creating a flowing movement experience utilizing both matwork and equipment, while ensuring proper technique.

It is studio policy that an individual must have one private session before entering an equipment class.

Individuals with injuries, back problems and health conditions, are encouraged to take private sessions so they can be carefully watched and guided to strengthen the body safely and effectively.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE:

1. Arrive on time. Everyone’s time is valuable. Please arrive on time so we can all have a more relaxed day.

2. Please turn off all cell phones during classes or private sessions

3. Respect everyone’s right to a quiet, relaxing workout and please keep your conversations to a minimum.

4. The locker room is co-ed, so please use the change rooms that are provided for dressing and undressing.
