In this short 3 min video, Bonny-Lynn explains 3 key steps to get the most out of your Hundred. You do not need to suffer any longer.

Joseph Pilates infamous Hundred occurs near the beginning of each class and it designed to improve your breath capacity, strengthen the abdominal muscles, strengthen the exhalation to rid the body of toxins and stagnant air, and circulate all the good oxygenated blood throughout the body.

Once in position, you inhale smoothly for 5 counts, exhale smoothly for 5 counts for a total of 10 breaths. This is the Hundred.

You should full warm and invigorated after the exercise.

Legend has it, Joseph Pilates did the Hundred each morning before rising from bed.
